Los Tiempos de México is an immersive celebration conceived for the anniversary of OMEGA’s boutique in Mexico City, set within Seminario 12 — a historic residence that has witnessed the city evolve across generations.
Rather than treating the architecture as a backdrop, we make it the foundation of the experience. The house becomes a living expression of time, where Mexican history, craftsmanship, flavor, music, and contemporary creativity unfold through a carefully orchestrated journey.
Warm architectural lighting, natural materials, refined floral gestures, and precise accents of OMEGA red reveal the character of Seminario 12 while creating a subtle dialogue with the identity of the Maison.

The House Narrative.
Los Tiempos de México unfolds as an open-house journey through Seminario 12, inviting guests to explore the residence at their own pace as a series of experiences unfolds across its rooms, courtyards and passageways.
Each space reveals a distinct expression of contemporary Mexican culture: architecture, craftsmanship, music, cacao, agave, art and gastronomy. Every experience has its own rhythm and atmosphere, yet all contribute to one cohesive narrative. Time is felt throughout the house.
Throughout the evening, the residence becomes a continuous sequence of encounters, flavors and live moments—an immersive experience that celebrates Mexico through time.

The evening begins at the threshold of Seminario 12. A refined OMEGA welcome point introduces guests to the house and sets the tone for the experience ahead.

A refined portrait moment framed by the architecture of Seminario 12. Warm amber light, OMEGA red, natural textures and restrained floral gestures create an elegant setting that connects the guest with the character of the house.

03 — Central Courtyard | The Pulse of the House
The central courtyard becomes the social heart of Seminario 12. Guests gather, move and connect through a continuous rhythm of canapés, drinks, live music and unexpected encounters.
Architecture, warm amber light, natural textures, foliage and contemporary Mexican craftsmanship create an atmosphere that feels generous, vibrant and deeply connected to the house.

05 — The Gallery Time, Made Visible
The Gallery brings the history of Seminario 12 into direct conversation with OMEGA’s enduring relationship with time. Archival photographs, architectural plans, fragments, clay vessels and objects recovered during the renovation are composed as a contemporary portrait of the residence and the city around it.
Projection mapping moves across the walls, animating the images and revealing the layers of time embedded in the house. The result is not a static historical display, but a living exhibition in which memory, architecture and the present remain in constant dialogue.

Throughout Seminario 12, a series of experiences unfolds naturally across its rooms, passageways, and gathering spaces.
Each one offers a different way to discover Mexico through its flavors, craftsmanship, words, and traditions, all reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
Rather than following a fixed route, guests are invited to discover the house gradually — entering, pausing, engaging, and continuing at their own pace.
A single idea connects them all: time as origin, transformation, and memory.

A live sculptural practice that transforms clay into form, revealing the beauty of craft and creation in real time.
07. Origins of Flavor —
A sensory journey through Mexican chocolate, native cacao varieties, mineral salt and mango distillate.
08. The Time of Agave —
An intimate Clase Azul tasting centered on time, craftsmanship and maturation.
09. Hand-Drawn Memories —
An artist creates a one-of-a-kind sketch for each guest, transforming the house into a personal keepsake of the evening.
The Contemporary Mexican Table — Estrado
The evening begins around a long central table conceived as a living expression of contemporary Mexican gastronomy. Canapés, ingredients, vessels and floral elements create a generous composition that welcomes guests into the Estrado.
As the evening progresses, the experience transforms into a flying dinner: a dynamic sequence of changing dishes served throughout the room, allowing guests to move, converse and experience each course without a fixed seat or traditional table setting.
Tequila, mezcal and other Mexican distillates accompany the progression, while the central table continues to evolve throughout the night.
