Production Concept

The TUDOR Ranger Experience brings the adventurous spirit of the collection to life through a private off-road journey at Wild Canyon.

Beginning and ending at Base Camp, guests travel by motorcycle or ATV through a sequence of challenges inspired by exploration, practical skills and precision. Each stage creates a different connection with the TUDOR Ranger DNA while allowing guests to engage directly with the surrounding landscape.

The journey concludes with cocktails, canapés and an intimate product discovery moment, where guests can explore the collection and speak with TUDOR advisors in a relaxed setting.

The Location

Wild Canyon provides a dramatic natural setting for the TUDOR Ranger Experience, combining desert trails, rocky elevations, a suspended bridge and a dry riverbed within one cohesive route.

The terrain reinforces the exploratory character of the experience while offering the operational infrastructure required to deliver a controlled, guided and private event.

The experience will take place within Wild Canyon’s concession, with each activation point integrated into the existing landscape.

Access and Route

Guests will depart from Luxury Avenue and reach Wild Canyon in approximately 28 minutes.

The location is accessible through established and well-maintained roads, allowing for a comfortable arrival for guests, staff and production vehicles.

Upon arrival at Base Camp, guests will be welcomed with an introduction to the TUDOR DNA and the Ranger collection, followed by a complete safety briefing. Motorcycles and ATVs will be staged and ready for the beginning of the journey.

Transportation

Guests will depart from Luxury Avenue Cabo San Lucas in branded 4×4 vehicles. Final access to the location will be confirmed according to weather and terrain conditions, either through the arroyo or along the beach.

Overall Event Setup

The general setup brings together three key areas:

Hospitality
A comfortable lounge environment with shaded seating, branded bars and continuous food and beverage service throughout the day.

Watch Display
An open presentation of TUDOR timepieces on rugged wooden and metal displays, without glass cases, supported by focused lighting and natural textures.

Overall Production
A Bedouin-style tent, furniture, lighting, branded elements and technical infrastructure come together as one cohesive environment, designed to transition naturally from daytime into sunset.

The Experiences

The experience is designed as a four-location circuit that begins and ends at Base Camp.

00 — Base Camp
Welcome, registration, safety briefing and introduction to the TUDOR Ranger DNA. Guests receive their experience passport and are assigned their motorcycle or ATV before departure.

01 — Ranger Skills
At the first station, guests take part in a practical challenge and learn how to create three different types of knots. After completing the activity, their passport is marked before they continue the journey.

02 — The Crossing
Guests arrive at the suspended bridge and cross it as part of the guided route, creating one of the most memorable and visually striking moments of the experience.

03 — On Target
After descending into the dry riverbed, guests participate in a short target-shooting challenge using paintball markers, connecting precision, focus and control with the TUDOR Ranger spirit.

04 — Return to Base Camp
The journey concludes at the original starting point, where the experience transitions from adventure into hospitality and product discovery.
