We’re keeping what matters: the cultural pavilion, the warmth of the space, and the Baja spirit that makes this experience unique.
We’ve refined how people move through and interact with the space: better flow, greater comfort, and a more cohesive experience.
This year, a key new element takes center stage — a tensile canopy system (velaria) that provides much-needed shade and cooler areas during peak sunlight hours.
The goal is simple: keep people moving, comfortable, and engaged throughout the entire day.

An updated visual statement.
The colorful post installation remains part of the Fan Zone layout this year. Its structure stays the same — functional, sculptural, and integrated — but its visual expression is being refreshed.
We’re introducing a new paint pattern and an updated color palette to bring renewed clarity, energy, and cohesion to the space. The intervention continues to operate as an artistic element within the Fan Zone environment.

A signature in the sky. A rhythm on the ground.
The velaria design was guided by a clear vision: to frame the experience from above and set the visual rhythm of the Fan Zone through an enveloping, harmonious gesture.
Its fluid shape creates a subtle hourglass pattern, with the main opening positioned directly above the central installation of colored posts. This enhances the energy of the space and reinforces its role as a gathering point.
The modular structure enables a visual repetition that brings continuity and coherence to the environment, creating an integrated, dynamic, and functional atmosphere. An aesthetic solution that not only provides shade but transforms the space.
