Production Concept
The production brings the TUDOR Ranger concept to life through an immersive sandboarding experience for UltraJewels and TUDOR in East Cape, combining adventure, exploration, product discovery and hospitality within the natural landscape.
The experience begins with a guided sandboarding journey across the dunes, allowing guests to engage directly with the rugged terrain and adventurous spirit of the TUDOR Ranger. From there, guests transition to a refined base camp by the sea, designed as a space for hospitality, product discovery and conversation.
The setup responds to the natural character of the location, integrating a Bedouin-style tent, lounge areas, branded bars and rugged watch displays within an understated yet elevated environment. Natural materials and tactile textures complement the landscape throughout the day, creating a seamless connection between the sandboarding experience, the TUDOR Ranger spirit and the East Cape setting.
As the day progresses, the experience transitions from adventure into relaxed hospitality, with refreshments, cocktails and warm lighting accompanying the final moments of the day.
The experience culminates in a sunset closing by the sea, bringing together sandboarding, watch discovery, hospitality and the distinctive character of East Cape in one cohesive TUDOR experience.
The Location
Playa La Laguna, in East Cape, offers a secluded natural setting where the desert, dunes and sea create an ideal backdrop for the TUDOR Ranger experience.
The open landscape allows for a private setup that remains connected to its surroundings throughout the day and culminates with sunset by the sea.
The final approach follows an unpaved road that may be affected by rainfall. Alternatively, guests and the production team can access the location along the beach by motorcycle or 4×4 vehicle, subject to a prior assessment of the terrain and tide conditions.
Access and Route
Two access routes are being considered for the experience: along the beach or through the arroyo.
The arroyo route offers a direct approach to the location, but its viability will depend on rainfall and the resulting terrain conditions. Access must therefore be inspected and confirmed closer to the event date.
If the arroyo is not accessible, guests and the production team can reach the location along the beach by motorcycle or 4×4 vehicle, subject to tide and terrain conditions.
Transportation
Guests will depart from Luxury Avenue in branded 4×4 vehicles. Final access to the location will be confirmed according to weather and terrain conditions, either through the arroyo or along the beach.
Overall Event Setup
The general setup brings together three key areas:
Hospitality
A comfortable lounge environment with shaded seating, branded bars and continuous food and beverage service throughout the day.
Watch Display
An open presentation of TUDOR timepieces on rugged wooden and metal displays, without glass cases, supported by focused lighting and natural textures.
Overall Production
A Bedouin-style tent, furniture, lighting, branded elements and technical infrastructure come together as one cohesive environment, designed to transition naturally from daytime into sunset.
